  Job Summary Statement:   Responsible for costing functions for all Cool Gear Brand and hydration products.  Responsible for working with sourcing, finance and quoting team members to ensure accurate cost structure for all products. Responsible for updating standard costs, item master, master cost lists, standard warehouse and distributor price lists, and UPC generation.     Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   - Capture supplier quotes and bills of material for all items. - Manage updated costs lists from all major suppliers. - Manage standard warehouse and distributor price lists including carton and item dimensions, material, TI/HI, volume and weights. - Work with Quoting team to ensure accurate cost is captured based on customer Quotation request. - Manage Item Master database for all items (add / update / extend) in Oracle. - Update standard costs in Oracle. - Track Purchasing Price Variances (PPV) monthly. - Review and approve major supplier purchase orders. Negotiate where applicable. - Maintain and update quoting database. - Manage UPC generation including items, inner and case UPCs. - Manage Cost standard re-roll process and submit standard costing by item to corporate finance team. - Other duties as assigned by manager.        Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:   - Education: Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and one year in accounting, business or financial analysis or equivalent experience. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Partner with project managers and supply chain to drive productivity and efficiency by providing analysis and reporting which helps to identify and track strategic opportunities for savings and trends which require attention/action.     Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   - Prioritize all Quote requests, maintain QR log and track all quoting activity. - Timely preparation of responses to Price Quotation request from project managers and sales team. - Ensure all cost is captured based on customer Quotation request (Allowances, Plate Fees, Heat Transfer fees, Display Cost, MOQ’s, Color Changes, Enhancements, Labeling, testing and etc.) - Work with sourcing department to obtain cost on custom packaging and displays. - Work with QC to get accurate testing cost based on Customers Testing requirements. - Work closely with Cost Analysts to obtain product specs/BOMs for newly developed items being quoted. - Ensure accurate product quotes are processed and communicate pricing to Sales, Operations, and Account Processors within the organization. - Perform margin and pricing analysis to support business initiatives. - Work closely with Cost Analysts to assist with updating price lists. - Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability. - Ensure proper authorization from management of approved margins. - Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies. - Other duties as assigned by manager. Job Summary Statement:   We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to be responsible for the overall management of key accounts within Drinkware to drive Sales revenue and EBITDA.  The Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of strategic and business plans, business forecasting, business analysis and building strong customer relationships.  Must have Walmart experience as well understanding of private label in an equivalent product category (Kitchen, Home Décor etc.)   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   - Present sales programs and presentations to both existing and prospective accounts. - Travel to key customers as needed as well as Corporate Office located in Plymouth, MA - Demonstrate solid product knowledge (form/function/features/feeling/filling (materials) within Drinkware products, as well as maintain a working knowledge of competitive product features, benefits and retail pricing. - Actively pursue growth opportunities and new accounts through expansion into new trade channels, lead identification, product presentation, follow-up, and reporting. - Be skilled in representing the industry category dynamics across all facets of the hydration business – include channel, item, hot/cold, insulated and non, as well as the promotional versus everyday business trends. - Prepare and submit required sales reports, administrative reports and forecasts to Supervisor on a timely basis. - Manage sales expenses to plan. Knowledge of Cool Gear product lines a plus.
