Job Summary Statement:   Responsible for managing the operational aspects of key accounts to achieve goals and hit timelines.  Responsible for managing a team of Associate – Operations members and the team’s underlying accounts.  Must follow and track projects from inception to completion and be accountable to the product life cycle. Will problem solve, define and implement processes to ensure a smooth flow of programs for key and other accounts as required.    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Key contact and interface with sales, product development, costing and management - Cradle to grave responsibility for program deployment, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery - Manage a team of associates including, but not limited to professional development, coaching, training, and performance reviews. - Clear and concise interdepartmental communication of account needs and requirements - Responsible for achieving project deadlines - New customer account setup including portal management, certificate of insurance requirements, and customer item setups - Lead and manage a team to work efficiently and follow best practices - Participate in all product development meetings for key accounts - Proactively escalate issues and look to resolve - Create and/or review all workbooks to ensure production requirements are clear and accurate - Manage purchase order process for accounts - Track progression of orders to meet shipping deadlines - Understand document presentation requirements - Understand customer testing requirements and approval process - Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: - Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a supervising role leading a team; Ten (10) years operations experience. - Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience - English language skills: Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend English - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiple, and divide - Physical Demands: General Office environment - Computer Skills: Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Communications Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to work with all levels of the organization.
