Job Summary Statement:   We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to be responsible for the overall management of key accounts within Drinkware to drive Sales revenue and EBITDA.  The Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of strategic and business plans, business forecasting, business analysis and building strong customer relationships.  Must have Walmart experience as well understanding of private label in an equivalent product category (Kitchen, Home Décor etc.)   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   - Present sales programs and presentations to both existing and prospective accounts. - Travel to key customers as needed as well as Corporate Office located in Plymouth, MA - Demonstrate solid product knowledge (form/function/features/feeling/filling (materials) within Drinkware products, as well as maintain a working knowledge of competitive product features, benefits and retail pricing. - Actively pursue growth opportunities and new accounts through expansion into new trade channels, lead identification, product presentation, follow-up, and reporting. - Be skilled in representing the industry category dynamics across all facets of the hydration business – include channel, item, hot/cold, insulated and non, as well as the promotional versus everyday business trends. - Prepare and submit required sales reports, administrative reports and forecasts to Supervisor on a timely basis. - Manage sales expenses to plan. Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all expenses and submit expense reports in a timely manner. - Communicate competitive changes in the marketplace (products/programs) to superiors in a useful and timely manner. - Work to resolve disputes and solve problems with assigned accounts to facilitate positive customer relationships. - Deep knowledge of Retail Link, item setup, reporting downloads, etc. required - Other duties as assigned.         Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:   - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. - Experience: Five (5) years of relevant sales work experience. Retail consumer packaged goods background (General Merchandise) and seasonal product sales experience essential. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. - Physical demands: Able to travel approximately 50% of the time. - Documented negotiation skills and experience via continuing education or seminar participation. - Proficient MS Office Suite skills including excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.         Preferred Qualifications:   Experience with a background in retail packaged goods and seasonal product sales. Knowledge of Cool Gear product lines a plus. Job Summary Statement:   Responsible for processing domestic orders for retail customers. Must process, follow and track domestic customer purchase orders. Responsible for high profile accounts. Problem solve while procactively implementing department processes to ensure a smooth flow of domestic orders.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   - Manage the tracking and processing of domestic orders for retail customers - Responsible for order management from order receipt to shipment following department SOP’s - Review of on hand inventory and avaialabilty for customer shipments - Review of customer forecasts to ensure stock is going to correct customer when orders are received - Ensure customer pricing matches pricelist in system, addition of approved pricing to pricelists as needed - Input customer orders in system for warehouse shipment - EDI processing and management of orders - Responsible for tracking progression of orders to meet shipping deadlines - Work with 3PL and logistics as needed to ensure orders are shipping on time - Review customer routing guides and requirements to ensure accurate domestic shipping - Communicate clear, accurate information internally, to the 3PL, customers and sales - Weekly review of current shipments to advise orders at risk of not shipping in intended fiscal period - Problem solving and proactive thinking to identify and resolve issues with appropriate escalation as needed - Maintain department files - Other duties as required and assigned   Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:   - Education: Associate’s Degree in Business or equilvalent experience - Experience: One (1) year of experience in sales order processing - Communication Skills: Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with associates throughout all levels of the organization, vendors, and customers - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide - Computer skills: Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software - Work Environment: General office environment Preferred Qualifications:   - Experience processing orders for major retailers - Working knowledge of Oracle, ERP, and EDI systems Key Competencies:   - Well organized, detail-oriented, proactive and able to multi-task and meet short deadlines - Excellent Communication Skills - Problem Solver Company Competencies:   - Community- Work well with others in promoting high performance work team. - Courage- Share ideas with others that add value and reduce waste/scrap. - Craftsmanship- Demand quality work of self and others. - Commitment- Work with others to accomplish the goal of the job.
